What does a “no‑cost” placement include?
Delivery, install, connectivity, cash loading, receipt paper, and standard maintenance. You provide a small footprint and power.
How do payouts work?
You receive a monthly revenue share from surcharge fees. Reports and payments are scheduled and transparent.
Do you service outside Alabama?
Primary coverage is Alabama and the Southeast. For nearby states or events, ask—if we can't, we’ll refer you.
What if the machine goes down?
We proactively monitor uptime. Most issues are resolved remotely; otherwise we dispatch on‑site support.
Who supplies the cash?
We can supply vault cash and refills (turnkey), or configure owner‑load if you prefer to use your own cash.
How long does installation take?
Once approved, most installs are completed within ~48 hours.
What about ADA and PCI?
We follow ADA‑friendly placement guidance and PCI‑aware practices for processing and data security.
Do you do custom wraps or on‑screen ads?
Yes. We can wrap the cabinet and add on‑screen promos to match your brand.
Is there a long‑term contract?
Standard placements include a simple agreement that outlines responsibilities and revenue share; terms vary by package.
Can you do short‑term events?
Yes—festivals, conferences, and pop‑ups. We deploy and pick up quickly.
